Laundry Room 6: WASH Letters

Say hello to my W A S H letters.  This was one of the quickest and easiest projects in the laundry room makeover.  I got the 8" paper mache letters on sale at Joann Fabric.

I took off the plastic hangy thing and stickers.
(Why don't they come up with a better way to sell/package these things?!)
And sanded all the annoying marks left.
Then I painted them using a mixture of metallic silver paint and red craft/acrylic
paint.  That's what's in the salsa jar. :)  I've spray painted larger letters before, but there
was no way to get into the little areas on these smaller letters, especially in the A.
Then I attached 2 Command strips to the back of each one.  These are really
Command refill tabs, you know for one of their hook products, but they work perfectly like this.
And this is how it turned out.  Nice and easy!!

Let me know what you think.  Thanks!!
